"Life: She's Love"
(Dedicated to Kari Rowland)

by John A. Tuttle (10-10-67)

When the Sun has set it's seaward sail,
On the lightened times of darkness.
She shines above like a silver vail,
And leads me into thought.

Her name I could not recall,
Until I saw her twice.
Then I knew that I was going to fall,
Or could this fair young girl be taught?

That You are what I need.

For God knows that I was meant to love,
But Fate has changed the rules.
Could you be sent from up above,
To fill my life with joy?

Now I see that Time has always known,
Where I may find the tools.
To build a love I call my own,
A love to never be a toy.
